“I find the people at Laughing Hens really helpful when I am looking for a specific shade of wool they will let me come to see the shades. If I have under-ordered they will check to see if athere is any of a specific dyelot left. The orders come quickly and there on-line ordering works well- it's great :-)”

“this is one of the only ways I can get drops yarn, the shipping is rather quick for coming from outside the US which is awesome. Packaging is always good and I've not had any lost yarn due to postal misfortune thankfully. I already have another order to put in haha!”

“Supper efficient order and delivery. Returns however are a pain. Sadly I’ve had to return both orders. I’m grateful for the Canadian address. Sad I had to pay $30. each for postage. No idea if and when I might see the money in my account.”

“I wasn't aware that the shipping even to Germany take this long. I remember that it took a week until the product was even ready for shipping. The yarn, prices etc. were fine.”
