“Everything arrived quickly. One of the ADDI olive wood circular knitting needles had been broken which I did not notice until I started using them. I contacted the customer support at Laughing Hens and provided a picture. I received a refund almost immediately. A great on-Line resource and store. Great service! Thank you!”

“The yarn I purchased, King Cole Homespun Double Knitting knitted up well and went further than other dk yarns I have used. The garment has a soft texture and is light weight. I appreciated a call to explain a stock issue but this did not delay the delivery.”

“Product as described, no issues except for delivery time. I assumed shipping would be out of Germany, but it was sent from UK and took many, many days to arrive. I deliberately didn't purchase directly from the UK site because the Brexit issue makes it difficult; I thought I'd figured out a way around this, but not so.”
