“Product delivered with scratches on. Not good quality, especially to say I spent £70 for two small wall lamps. It appears that they were damaged before put in the box and the item looks used. Would not recommend.”

“The lamps are lovely HOWEVER I ordered 3 to go over a kitchen island and have been sent two from one batch and one from another. They are very obviously not the same. I have emailed twice but no one is coming back to me and I can’t find a phone number. Please can someone contact me asap.”

“Missed the delivery, they sent it to matalan on Thursday afternoon, went Tuesday morning after the weekend and it had already been sent back to lampsy after only 4 days, great stuff”

“Sadly I didn't read the reviews before ordering. Order number 637549. DO NOT ORDER FORM THIS COMPANY. They say the item is in stock and four week slater it hasn't arrived. No customer number, no reply from email chat and email help line. AWFUL”

“Avoid at all cost ! I have emailed and called and you just took my money and nevre sent anything! “Unfortunately the lights I ordered both had air bubbles in the glass. Had to return them which was challenging as I don’t have a printer. Still waiting for my refund to be processed. All round a shame.”
