I have emailed and put messages on live chat and am still waiting for a response regarding my refund. Initial contact was good but have heard nothing since I returned the goods and provided confirmation of delivery.

Nice dark-sky friendly wall light.Does the job. Not as easy to install as hoped, as back plate has to be fixed to light fitting. Had some problems with order but received apologetic email when I chased & then it came promptly.

Ordered 10 wall lights on 5th April and money taken from bank account. Have not received order confirmation or update. Nor had a response to voicemails left. Sent email and enquiry via website chat box and no responses to date. Very disappointed with customer service. Hopefully will hear something shortly. Delivery was 5-7 days so am expecting the lights by Monday.

No response from "customer service" in over a month regarding 2 Nordlux piola lights that are faulty. Do not trust any claims made that they will take action. I will be claiming on my credit card for the failed lights.

Have not had these lights fitted yet so can not comment on how the look when switched on but the quality of the lights look good and delivery was prompt will update once fitted.

So far, I am very pleased with my 'Fleur' wall light. It is robust, flexible and offers great lght. I would recommend this item.

Hi Lindsey, Thank you for your review. I understand that this must be a frustrating situation. In the majority of cases, orders dispatched on a tracked 48 service are delivered in two working days. Your order was dispatched one working day after you placed your order which is why it was sent on this service. I can see that your order has unfortunately gone missing in transit. I have created a replacement order which is currently being processed and prepared for dispatch. I have sent you the details of this in an email. My sincerest apologies for the inconvenience caused. First electrician refused to install this light fitting due to lack of earth bounding. I requested the second electrician as I thought the first one might have been awkward. Second one commented the same and suggested to add an earth bounding but @ my own risk ! As not having an earth bounding is against UK regulations. Not sure how this can be sold in UK. I almost spend same amount I paid the fitting on electricians to rectify a fault on light at my own risk. So disappointing.
