Lamp arrived damaged, advised return, took three days to receive return post slip. Probably 14 days before acknowledged receipt , then will wait for replacement lamp. I just wanted a quick light fitting as have a broken one at home.
After having sent the photos showing a missing piece of the frame, should have one forwarded straight away, whilst I send the other back.
As I said not my fault poor customer service
Then to add to the fact the e mail review took me to a page no longer available
