AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They do not return calls, do not answer on chat and do not reply to emails. Light ordered 2 weeks ago and nothing has been sent. I have now opened a dispute with Amex over this. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

I would personally avoid at all costs. They were initially great to deal with, I had a delivery that was stolen by the delivery driver or someone else after the driver had left nearly £200 of lighting outside my front door (terraced house) in plain view of passers by I contacted lampsy about the lack of delivery/theft and they were forthcoming to redelivery All of a sudden it all went quiet, I have since made several attempts to contact them and heard nothing. I am now £200 down the drain and have nothing to show for it, hence the bad review With the inability to deal with issues I would personally avoid lampsy at all costs and would never buy from them again. Take your custom elsewhere to a business that cares about you as a buyer

Placed an order on 5th July. Money was taken but still waiting for the goods to show up 10+ days later and no communication from Lampsy. Impossible to call them to ask for an update and awaiting response on my email and so called "live chat". Will be opening a dispute with my credit card company if I don't receive a response to my email within the next 24 hours. Pretty poor customer service so far and would not recommend.

Ordered two lights, no communication received about a delivery, but turns out they had tried, but returned the order, now they have my money and won’t reply to emails or chat - don’t take the risk, order from somewhere else.

Order no. 654580. Placed 6th May. Money taken... no delivery, no communication, no answer to messages left. Appalling customer service. Will I receive my goods? Who knows. Chasing on behalf of my mother who is 93... and now very anxious that she's lost her money.

Order no. 654379. What you advertised and what I paid for is not what you sent. I told you to cancel the order after realising you were a wrong company to deal with, but you insisted and sent me plastics (Resins) for £152. But after reading all the reviews, you have not refunded any unsatisfied customers money even after getting the goods back. So I doubt if I will ever get my money back if I send you the goods you sent me?

Ordered 10 wall lights on 5th April and money taken from bank account. Have not received order confirmation or update. Nor had a response to voicemails left. Sent email and enquiry via website chat box and no responses to date. Very disappointed with customer service. Hopefully will hear something shortly. Delivery was 5-7 days so am expecting the lights by Monday.

No response from "customer service" in over a month regarding 2 Nordlux piola lights that are faulty. Do not trust any claims made that they will take action. I will be claiming on my credit card for the failed lights.

First electrician refused to install this light fitting due to lack of earth bounding. I requested the second electrician as I thought the first one might have been awkward. Second one commented the same and suggested to add an earth bounding but @ my own risk ! As not having an earth bounding is against UK regulations. Not sure how this can be sold in UK. I almost spend same amount I paid the fitting on electricians to rectify a fault on light at my own risk. So disappointing.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Lampsy. My order was delayed far beyond the advertised 3-5 working days, and the lack of clear communication only added to the frustration. While delays can happen, the handling of this situation was unacceptable. Suggesting I should wait to book an electrician is basic common sense and does nothing to address the inconvenience caused by the excessive delay and poor communication. Timely delivery is a basic expectation when making a purchase, and Lampsy failed to meet even this standard. The offered resolution—a free return label—was completely inadequate given the inconvenience caused. If this is the level of service Lampsy considers acceptable, I feel compelled to warn others. I would strongly advise against relying on this company. Avoid Lampsy if you value good customer service and reliability.

Absolutely terrible experience. I placed an order expecting delivery within 5 days, but it took over 4 weeks for anything to arrive. To make matters worse, only 1 of the 4 items I ordered was delivered. Customer service has been practically non-existent—no updates, no communication, and no effort to resolve the issue. It’s clear that this company has no regard for their customers or their time. I strongly recommend avoiding Lampsy at all costs. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere. Terrible service, unreliable delivery, and a complete lack of accountability.

My lamp has been delivered with a cracked glass shade and despite several emails, Messaging service contacts and Shop notifications absolutely no response received whatsoever.

Shocking lack of customer service. They claimed to have no knowledge of my order and then, after weeks, it arrived but only after i had ordered again. Now, not needing the new order, i am trying to return is and get a refund but no luck. Horrid service, do not use. No telephone number to be found.
