Ordered 3 pendant lights costing £297 over 2 weeks ago but they still haven't arrived. Keep contacting Lampsy who send me the same tracking link again and again taking me to DPD who do NOT have the item. I've finally asked for a refund but heard nothing for 2 days. Am very worried I will never get my money back. There is no customer service telephone number so am reliant on emails which they are not responding to.

All good except it arrived with a chipped/ broken section which means the lamp is off set. It would be helpful to have a replacement.

I ordered a brass porch light but was sent a chrome spotlight I have sent this back and am now waiting for the item I originally ordered.

Hi Karen, Some of our extended range products are dispatched directly from our supplier. A mix-up on their end resulted in some orders being mislabeled and sent out to the wrong customers. We’ve reached out to everyone affected and began arranging collections of the incorrectly delivered products. There should be no delay in receiving the correct items as we’re sending these out straight away. I can see that we’ve already been intouch to get this sorted for you. The item was much bigger than expected so I returned it by parcelforce on 18 August, delivered on 23 August. It is now 14 September and I have still not been refunded. Getting hold of anyone to discuss this seems to be impossible. I struggled to find a phone number and when I finally did (not on the website) I hung on for ages then had to leave a message. I tried the online chat, no one responds. Very disappointing customer service.

Lampsy's choice of DPD as a delivery partner is probably one of the worst decisions - two weeks since I have order and I still have not received my package. Having taken the day off work to wait at home for the package (for the second time), today at 12 noon DPD send a message through their App to say "I" had requested delivery for Monday...at this point I don't think I will ever get the items and once again have to rearrange the electrician. Great choice on delivery company Lampsy.

Hi Annie, I’m really sorry this has happened and I appreciate how frustrating & inconvenient it can be when something doesn’t arrive on time. Lamp arrived damaged, advised return, took three days to receive return post slip. Probably 14 days before acknowledged receipt , then will wait for replacement lamp. I just wanted a quick light fitting as have a broken one at home. After having sent the photos showing a missing piece of the frame, should have one forwarded straight away, whilst I send the other back. As I said not my fault poor customer service Then to add to the fact the e mail review took me to a page no longer available Very annoyed Keith Parker 07891169684

Returns too difficult and much too expensive. Would not use Lampsy again. Am hoping that my parcel reaches Aberdeen intact so I can receive my money back which was over £70.00. Lynn from Lampsy was absolutely wonderful and exceptional in the help she gave me. I cannot speak highly enough of her.

I ordered four lamps in April and have only revived the second two now in June. I’ve had to chase.no communication volunteered from Lampsy. Been working without adequate light for two months. Really poor service.

No information prior to placing the order was provided in regards to the waiting time for the purchased item Poor contact with the customers service Item was ordered to the Uk and came with the European plug, I am unable to use it now, no information about this was given, no converter provided, no contact from costumers service when I asked about the solution I will never buy anything of you again and will warn others too

Item arrived broken and Lampsy have so far refused to provide a replacement or offer a refund, contravening the Consumer Rights Act 2015. UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO RETAILER REPLY When item was ordered in on 15th December 2021 I was advised it was out of stock and would be back in stock within 7-10 working days. This information was false, and the item didn't end up being delivered until late February. I advised the retailer in March that it had been delivered broken with a crucial part for assembly of the product snapped in half with the other half missing. When I requested a repair or replacement formally, as per my Consumer Rights, they refused before eventually offering a £25 refund on an £89 item. The notion that because I 'reported a damaged item more than 3 months after delivery, we can no longer accept it back.' misses the point of their legal obligations as a retailer entirely. Their version of events here also entirely contradicts the version I was provided via email, see below. As per the Consumer Rights Act 2015, I am legally entitled to request a repair or replacement for up to 6 months after delivery. I requested this 6 weeks after delivery. It is for the retailer to take up any issues with their courier directly, as they hired them, and it should not affect my rights as a customer. This retailer has a very disappointing grasp on their legal requirements, and I would not recommend anyone use them as a result. I will be taking this further through the appropriate channels.

Hi Michael, I’m really sorry that you’ve been unsatisfied with our service and that we were unable to refund your order. We’re unable to offer returns without any time limits and as you reported a damaged item more than 3 months after delivery, we can no longer accept it back. I realise this is frustrating, however because of the length of time that has passed, we’re unable to raise this with the courier or make a claim with them for the damage. Best wishes, Michael

Lampsy asked me to review them - I wouldn't have bothered so this review is posted at their request! I'm sure that if everything goes smoothly, there is a reasonable level of customer satisfaction. This 1* review is entirely based on customer service, not on the quality of the products. If there is a problem with your order (ie: it's on backorder!), then be very aware that you will go for weeks without any information, but Lampsy will have taken the money very promptly. There is a phone number, but "because of Covid" they aren't answering it (in fact, they don't advertise a phone number, but you can find it if you search a bit); There is a chatbot, but it's not often it will let you get to a person and its standard responses were unhelpful. When I finally got the offer to chat to a person, it cut me off after a further 10 minute wait because no one was available; There is an email to contact, but in my experience, there is only a 50-50 chance that anyone replies and even then it generally takes several days. After over a month (when the estimate was 7-10 days), I cancelled my order, which isn't as easy as it sounds! I appreciate that suppliers are struggling with getting stock in, but the lack of customer service and information makes this a really difficult company to deal with, so I can't recommend them and won't be using them again.

Avoid buying through this company. Terrible customer service. Paid for next day delivery but the item didn’t arrive the next day and when I queried this, was told it was the weathers fault. Should of taken more note of other poor reviews. Don’t make the same mistake as me!
