Terrible customer service, poor communication They take your order and your money, then you don't hear from them for days, and when you enquire, your email gets answered a week later telling you they are out of stock (for a product that was listed IN STOCK online) pure deception to generate more cash flow

Product lovely but customer service shocking with what appears to me to be only email communication. I could not find a contact number. No ability to phone customer service is really not enabling communication. Stock availability on the website is totally inaccurate. 7-10 day lead times for items, to be then told availability will be in Jan or March after order wastes time and opinion of lampsy.

Paid for next day and it took 3 days to arrive One item missing from the order Very poor experience. Only positive was Lynne on the chat who was helpful.

The lights that I have been sent are nothing like the pictures in the website. The description clearly states glass shades but those sent are made from chrome. Very disappointed

I have had the lamp sent out to my home address twice now & it has ended up almost 2 hours away from where I live each time so I am still waiting for the light to be delivered. Customer service have been good at getting back to me I’m just hoping it’s 3rd time lucky & I receive next week.

Wrong light was delivered and Lampsy wouldn't send correct light until they'd received wrong light back issued a refund a month after. Would not recommend or use again. Poor customer service.

Item arrived broken and because I did fit the item when delivered as workmen were delayed I could do anything about it and you can’t buy a replacement shade either.

Items look great on the screen but in reality they are more like 3D copies - a bit cheap and hollow.

The lamp took 4 months to arrive and when it got here it was very noticeably bent. Lampsy offered me a 25% discount due to the fault but have refused to refund the £4.99 delivery charge and haven't replied to my message about returning the item. It's a nice lamp (or would be without the wonky stem!) but I wouldn't place another order after this experience unfortunately.

Item ordered was not in stock and took months to be delivered with zero communication unless initiated by me. Product when finally delivered was subpar and attempts to receive a refund have so far been unsuccessful. Would strong advise against using Lampsy in the future and will be sharing this experience with others.

There isn't a way of contact this company other than email which they have not responded to. They really they shouldn't be selling things they haven't got in stock. I see they still have 10 available lights online of my particular order however can not fulfil this item and I find this is misleading to the consumers and should not be allowed. If you are a drop shipper Please state this on your website so we as consumers can make a more considered decision. I'm very disappointed and I have not received my refund.
