“EASY ORDERING AND DELIVERY BUT WASN'T TOO IMPRESSED TO RECEIVE TUBES FROM A CHINESE BRAND, RATHER THAN PHILLIPS, OSRAM OR GE AS STATED”

Hello Steven, Thank you for taking your time to leave a review, I can see that the tube you were sent was Tungsram, GE has now been rebranded as Tungsram. I hope this clears up the confusion caused. Kind regards, Ellie

“Delivered as requested. Fluorescent tube well packaged in a strong cardboard tube. Cardboard tube not wasted as my daughter will make use of it in the school nursery where she teaches.”

“I don’t often review but this co deserve praise. Ideal product at reasonable price , delivery within days. One of the bulbs was dull and cracked. Phoned up no issues replaced straight away without any hassle or returning dud bulb. Well done”

“This was my first purchase and won't be my last! My order arrived quickly, on time and well packaged with lots of bubble wrap. I even asked them to amend the order when I'd spotted a mistake and they politely came back to say that it was correct (2 tubes per pack not 1) - which was very good as they could have just acted on my incorrect request and sold me 2 more tubes! The system i have bought is great too and very bright lights in my garage now. I would definitely use them again.”

“I ordered a 6ft LED tube to replace a fluorescent tube. It came promptly, but although well packaged, had been damaged in transit (someone must have given the package an almighty thump in the middle). I contacted lampshop and a replacement was immediately sent (which arrived in an extremely robust tube!). The quality of response was excellent, and the product good value for money.”

“Prices seemed about on the money, easy ordering, delivered next day. One tube was broken, sent an email to customer services, had a reply in five minutes and a replacement before 8am the next morning. Impressed with the goods and more importantly the speed and ease with which the problem was resolved”
