Hello, Thank you for taking your time to leave a review. I can see that your order was placed on the 24th of August, and the tracking number shows that this was delivered on the 27th of August. “Was ordered my lamps on 4/06/2020 and then never arrived. Worst customer service ever. No reply on numerous emails. Shame on you.”

“I ordered 2 6 ft fluo tubes, not easy to ship. They arrived, but totally smashed. (Courier's fault no doubt.) I phoned up Lampshop at 4pm, who said they'd replace them, and by 10 am the next day the perfect new tubes had arrived. Great customer service.”
