Hi Margaret, Thank you for taking your time to leave a review, I can see that your order was placed on the 11th and the goods were shipped on the 14th. FedEx did try to deliver the parcel on the 15th, but you weren't available. I have tried to call you, but couldn't get through. I have sent you an email from help@lampshoponline.com. “When I placed the order I was advised I'd get free delivery if I increased the order to 12, which I did. When I got to the check out there was no option for free delivery”
