“The products are great brand/quality and great price. Unfortunately the fluorescent tube was damaged in transit but the customer service was excellent in getting me a free replacement promptly. Excellent products, price & service. Highly recommended.”

“Excellent service at a good price. I ordered some LED tubes and unfortunately, a couple arrived broken. I contacted LampShopOnline and they sent out replacements immediately. They arrived next day. I believe the measure of a good company is how quick they respond to problems.”

“Quite a few difficulties with items arriving damaged. But you never really know how good a company is until they have to deal with these problems. As usual LampShopOnline sorted the issue, with no hassle and the replacement items arrived next day before noon. No grief, no arguments, sincere apologies and the problem sorted without any drama. Can't recommend this company enough.”
