“Arrived late even when paid the extra & within the time frame for next day. Got refunded the 1st class postage but hey cancelled the job so not happy as a company. One of the light was damaged.”

“Local DIY stores did not stock the 5' tubes we required. Lampshoponline stocked an alternative LED tube and shipped a compatible starter motor with the tube. As such fitting the new tube and starter was easy.”

“Ordered a large number of LED fluorescent tube replacements. They arrived very quickly and were well packed. Sadly one was broken. I sent an email describing the issue and a replacement was sent immediately without question. What fantastic service. I wholeheartedly recommend this company!”
