“Easy to find fluorescent tube product required on website and ordered extra items as they were well priced. Checkout offered free 3day delivery, or next day at additional cost; chose free 3 day but tubes arrived next day; well chuffed! Tubes arrived well packed in thick cardboard tube with additional bubblewrap. they were all in good condition and found to be working. Top product; top service. Thanks”

“Awful unfortunately. Ordered a bulb almost 2 weeks ago, paid extra for next day delivery and still haven't received the order. Rang and enquired and was told that the delivery charge would be refunded, which it hasn't.”

“When I received my order from the FedEx guy . The box was ripped in a few places. This sent alarm bells ringing. On opening my package which was well packed with bubble wrap. I discovered my light was cracked and loads of dents on the back. This was clearly the fault of the courier for not taking care of the parcel. Lamp shop were totally understanding in the matter. A swift reply and offered me a full refund. To which I agreed.”

“Ordered a fluorescent tube which arrived in a day with express delivery. It was packaged in a sturdy cardboard tube but sadly broken. My email to LampShop was actioned immediately and a replacement plus second tube was dispatched and arrived next day. Excellent customer service.”

“I was a little concerned that the fluorescent tubes might get damaged in transit. No need to worry, the packaging was bubble wrapped and protected in a really thick piece of heavy duty cardboard. Great service”
