“I ordered next day delivery, and called to enquire about the delivery, the next day. I was advised I missed the order cut off time, which is on their website. Today, technically two days later, the parcel has still not arrived and it’s almost 17:00.”

“The ordering process for the 50 watt LED Osram floodlight (warm white) was straightforward. The item was well packed and arrived within the specified time. I got the floodlight connected and it beautifully lights up the whole of my medium size garden. I am also pleased that the light comes with a 5 year warranty.”

“The 9" Osram Fluorescent tubes I purchased have greatly improved the level of illumination on my kitchen work surfaces. What was surprising though was the speed of delivery. I ordered the tubes late afternoon, and they were with me by lunchtime the next day!! Thank you LampShop. Most impressive.”

“3 stars because I paid for the next day delivery service and it took three days. You told me that the starter was not available at the time. You did not inform me about that until I contacted you. However, the items were as displayed on your website they are good quality. I wish you good luck”
