“I phoned yesterday afternoon to say that one of our floodlights had stopped working. We had had it about 18 months and it was still under warranty. The lady was very helpful and said she would send me a replacement. I was impressed with the way this was dealt with and was hoping the light would arrive early next week. Imagine my surprise when the postman just knocked the door with the light, barely 20 hours after the phone call. These lights are guaranteed for 5 years and it is reassuring to know that the guarantee is being honoured. Great work Lamp shop online! Thank you.”

“Brilliant customer service! I ordered a strip lamp which was delivered very quickly, but unfortunately was broken. Phoned customer service to inform of the situation. Was handled in a very friendly and helpful manner. The item was delivered again within two days, plus an extra lamp was included! Very good product and exemplary customer service. I would recommend LampShopOnLine to anyone!”
