“The LED light panels were delivered in good time, and although several were damaged (possibly an over enthusiastic courier) Lampshoponline were very prompt in providing replacements once this was flagged up.”

“Ordered 9 LED Light panels, delivered next day even allthough i didnt pay for next day delivery, had a couple of small issues which we managed to resolve without any need to return. Recieved a follow up call from one of the account managers to ensure we were satisfied. i mentioned the issue qwe had and he reassured me if we had any issues going forward they would be covered by warranty. Product looks great and was at a great price”

“The product I bought - 6 ft LED tubes to replace old 100w tubes - are absolutely first class: so easy to click the old starters and tubes out, click the new ones in and hey presto, instant and much better light at a tenth of the power consumption. Price was excellent, and the product arrived promptly and exceptionally well wrapped and protected (unlike a lot of stuff you get these days in flimsy boxes.) What more could you ask for??? Highly recommended!”

“I was able to navigate to the light tube I needed relatively quick, the transaction was easy but the delivery was exceptional, in fact I had already ordered a tube from another company but they seemed to be dragging their heels with processing the order for over a week! Needless to say LampShopOnline delivered next day I will most definitely use LampShopOnline for future purchases.”
