“Everything was excellent! From how they answered my call (timely, polite and welcoming), to taking the time to explain LED tube lighting, lumins and what 28W new, is equivalent to in old W. 48hr delivery upheld. Prefect working order. Great!”

“This is the second order I placed this month. The light bulbs were placed in a large jiffy bag in which they have rattled around in transport. The boxes containnig the bulbs are all bashed in. I have yet to try the bulbs but it does not inspire me to order again.”

“We ordered 4 light panels. Flimsy packing, only brown paper with bubble wrapping, no box or cardboard to protect the panels. We received the order with 2 broken panels. However the helpline are very professional and help us sort it out very quickly.”

“Ordered an LED replacement for a fluorescent tube. The price seemed fair (although the delivery was a bit expensive, comparatively - I guess that's what it costs to transport fragile items). It arrived within a couple of days as predicted. My only annoyance is that they stuck an extremely sticky label round the end of the tube that was difficult to remove. Works fine so far.”
