“This time is the third and the last and I will not return it with you the LED lights in the shape of a square arrive damaged and semi-shattered I will not return it either my friend advised him to buy from you but I arrived 4 broken limbs and damaged”

“As part of improving our EPC Rating, we are in the process of steadily working through our property and converting all of our lighting to LED. In doing so, Lampshop On Line have been first class in supplying and delivering the new bulbs as and when required, without fuss and on time. When we have had a queury they have provided us with answers and consequently I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them and their products.”

“The LED tubes I ordered were not compatible with the system I have, even though they were the same size and fitted the battens. But when I tried to sent them back I was informed that I would have to pay the return postage. When I looked into the cost of doing so, it was almost as much as the tubes cost in the first place. They're now in the dustbin awaiting collection. It would have helped if some guidance had been given on the website about compatibility issues. Had I known of them I wouldn't have wasted the money. Ah well, we live and learn...”

“Great price - half the cost of ordering via a big name DIY store. And great delivery as well. I ordered a replacement fluorecent tube for undercupboard lighting and it came heavily wrapped and in a really thick tube. No chance of it getting broken in transit, so well done!”

“I was looking to upgrade a 22 year old 4' fluorescent light fitting in our kitchen as it was taking up to 30 seconds to come on. After some Googling, it looked like it could be one of any number of things, so I decided it might be easier to just buy a whole new unit. I picked LampShopOnline at random to pose my questions to. And I'm really glad I did as the customer service was brilliant. I received an email reply from Susan who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She sent pictures and explained what things meant to a newb like me. Based on Susan's recommendation, I purchased a 5 foot LED ceiling strip light. It was purchased at 2:57pm on a Thursday and arrived at 12pm the following day - and I'd only paid for standard postage! Saturday rolled round and I decided to attempt the installation. It was so simple it took longer to find the Philips screwdriver than it did to remove the old one and fit the new one. Obviously, I switched off the lights at the fuse board first and used a head worn torch so I could see better, but it was the simplest bit of DIY I've ever done. The light has 3 brightness settings and on it's brightest it could land a 747, but we settled on the cool white setting. We are very impressed with it and the service was exemplary. Susan is a credit to a brilliant company. Thank you.”
