“Found website easy to navigate and place order. Extensive range of products and, even without seasonal discount, competitive pricing. Minor clarification required regarding product image, and data sheet, quickly resolved via email. Order dispatched same day and delivered next via FedEx, without special request. Excellent service will use again.”

“Bought 3 LED Tubes to replace my old fluorescent tubes, initially made a mistake on the size of one of the tubes and this was quickly and efficiently corrected by lampshop online when I contacted the in the morning after. Their customer service is unbeatable. Received the LED Tubes by FedEx the next working day, the tubes were carefully wrapped and installation was easy. Quality product, superb service and support.”

“I found LampShopOnline via a web search, as I was seeking a UK-based retailer of replacement fluorescent tubes (amongst other lighting alternatives). I found the tube I required via the retailer site's intuitive search function and discovered the item was in stock. Having placed my order, it was delivered via courier and was extremely well packed (the individual tube carton itself being centrally suspended by spacers within a larger shipping box). The total price was extremely reasonable and delivery was within 24 hours. I am delighted with the item (manufactured by the well-known 'Energizer Group') and with the speed and care taken in processing and delivering my order. I would definitely buy again from LampShopOnline.”
