“Having done some research, selected Lampshop Online for buying LED Floodlights. Have a good range and selected Osram LEDvance as a good price and had the combination I wanted. Website easy to navigate and had all info I needed. Order process easy and goods where in stock and dispatched following day. Fed Ex not so good as failed to deliver on day promised and tracking info inaccurate. However as soon as I contacted Lampshop, Charlie immediately got onto it and persisted until goods delivered and kept me informed. Things sometimes go wrong but they it was dealt with quickly and effectively. If purely Lampshop then would be 5 stars but due to delivery delay gave 4. Would still use again.”
