“Repeated numerous telephone conversations with members of staff at lamp shop I am still awaiting confirmation of my order. I cannot use the e mail contact numbers as all messages are returned not known I telephoned the customer service department but to no avail John lumley”

“The serve was good and delivery quick. The Osram LED bulbs were as ordered but unfortunately as the LED bulbs are bigger than the original bayonet bulbs they would not fit into the LV down lighters.”

“Absolutely top notch service, I ordered 10 LED tube replacements to swap for my ageing fluorescents. One was damaged in transit, got on the phone to them & they are shipping another out no quibble, awesome service. Will definitely use them again when I need lighting”
