“Needed 40 decent quality 12V GU5.3 20w halogen lamps. Customer had elaborate and expensive programmable dimming system from 2000’s that would not tolerate LEDs. Didn’t fancy blowing that up. Lamp shop delivered quickly at good price. Two units shortage was quickly corrected. Good supplier.”

“I had a disaster with Apple Pay and trying to get the right size which was my own fault for not measuring but the customer service team were outstanding. They solved all my issues and offered me more help if I needed it. Then they checked up on me a few days later to see I was happy. I’ll definitely be coming again and again”

“Recently Ordered 90 Twinspots and maintained bulkheads for an ongoing installation. Installed 20+ atm and very good light output in emergency mode illuminating a large hall. Fast delivery and great customer service. Pictures of 1 light of 4 installed in a 30m+ hall. From Darkness to ample anti panic illumination.”

“Wouldn’t use these again ever. 2 bulbs turned up smashed. They don’t answer emails or answer the phone. Avoid at all costs. I’ve lost the money I spent here. Never ever again.”
