“The price & the parcel was very good. The only thing I didn’t like was the next day delivery we paid & did not see that Saturday was not counted”

Hi Edward, Apologies for any confusion with the delivery. For future reference we do offer a Saturday delivery option if you require your goods urgently, it would need to be selected at checkout for it be sent on this service though. Hope this helps. Lampshoponline Team

“Not bad service but do feel that a diagram or picture of the bulb needs to be available before buying in order to order incorrect shape. When asked if exchange available, the response was quick but had to return and reorder. Cost of postage wouldn't make it worth it.”

“Good quality service, i made a mistake with my initial order, and this was dealt with quickly and efficiently to remedy the situation. I re-ordered the correct goods, and these were delivered on time. I will recommend using Lampshop online and would use this company again, when the need arises. only tiny problem was that my name was not on parcel. As i had goods delivered to my work place, this could have caused a problem.”

“Having been told by a local electrical supplier that these bulbs were obsolete I was delighted to find them on line. Great price and delivered very quickly. Even better I was able to replace the bulb myself by clicking it into place. No need for an expensive electrician call out fee! Will definitely use you again if more of my bulbs fail.”

“Brilliant company. Have been using them for years. Great selection of products. Unbeatable customer service/purchasing advice. Never any need to be cautious about postal deliveries as they are also experts at packaging their products. As an example, the most awkward and fragile long fluorescent tubes will always arrive safely. Highly recommended.”
