I bought two sets of lamps from two companies, not sure which or from whom, recently. Your request for a review does not reference the purchase. This seems poor communication to me.
Another example of poor communication was that, for one of the two purchases mentioned above, I wrote requesting to cancel the order, before I had a despatch note.
To that request I received no response. The goods arrived anyway. Not exactly what I wanted, which is why i sought to cancel the order.
That was also bad communication.
