“Ordered 6 dining chairs and they were delivered the next day. Good quality and easy to construct. Had an issue that the washers were missing, but a quick email to customer services and they were dispatched first class.”

“Kitchen chairs arrived promptly the day following the order. Attractive and comfortable. Shame that one of the legs had a stripped thread so had to request replacement. This arrived the day following receipt of my email. All in all pretty good service. Certainly will consider using them again”

“Although not unpacked yet, they were bought for an impending house move and will be more transportable within their boxes, i did double check the quantity on arrival and noticed the seats themselves look amazing, really thick and look so comfy. Can't wait to use them. Delivery so fast”

“Love my new chair, it arrived on time and was easy to put together. The only minor issue was that the pats had been packed so that one of the legs dug into the back of the chair leaving a dint about the size of a 10p coin, hopefully it’ll expand out and be fine.”

“Initial item didn't arrive. Not sure what happened may be courier may not. Customer services very helpful. Item no longer in stock but another sourced by the team and sent out next day delivery. Item is great quality and looks lovely. Not ideal but happy in the end and these things happen”

“I recently ordered an office / dining chair , which arrived rattling about in quite a large cardboard box. It could have done with more protective packaging and a list of the contents , plus an instruction leaflet. Attached to the plate under the chair was a piece of black plastic and there was no way the top would fit on to the base. I sent a photo to Lakeland and in no time they replied saying the black plastic was a stopper and should be removed. Instructions with the item would have solved this when putting it together. It is a great chair, just what I have been looking for and the after sales service could not be faulted. Thanks Lakeland”

“Many thanks for all your great team! At first I was disappointed with the purchase. My chair came with a stitch defect. I didn't want to receive a defective goods again, so I have sent a request to exchange it to another type. I have got it during 2 working days. It is really amazing! I am happy, it has a nice design and very comfortable.”
