“Experience was brilliant. Positives: on my bar stools 1) Next day delivery 2) Brilliant, cute and systematic packaging 3) Quality is good 4) Assembly is easy and good instructions. 5) Good communication 6) great choice and decent pricing. Only one thing could have been improved.... On my bar stool the decorative ring at bottom is plastic ,,, it should be metal. Overall loved it.”

“Good quality bar stool. Previous stools were bought cheap and fell apart in less than a year, so having learned a lesson i bought this. Visibly good quality, arrived very fast. Easy to erect”

“We bought this 4 set of chairs to go with our Argos pine table. They look good together, stylish and practical. The only reason I’m giving the chairs 4 starts rather than 5 is for the reason that they came with no assembly instructions and the legs were dusty in places and couldn’t clean them properly. I have a toddler, so I don’t expect them to stay pristine for a long time, but if I didn’t, it would bother me and would probably ask for an exchange. That being said, they were easy to put together, they look great and I would buy them again.”

“The quality of the items looked great on the website and can't fault the delivery however sadly we were sent two left legs for one bar stool which came loosely packaged and another one had scratches on it. Both were returned. Customer service on the missing items was good but customer service to return wasn't great. Wasn't clear if they were paying (they should, it's their fault with goods) or I was so I didn't take the risk and returned it myself at a fraction of the penalty they apply to returns organised by them.”

“Thank you I took delivery yesterday It took me 2 hours to assemble. I am really pleased!! The quality of the cushions spot on . I am a little concerned of the glass on the cube as it doesn’t feel that save !! I would really like a chair to go with this do you sell separate?. Thank you Dionne 😆”

“Faulty bar stools, holes did line up so you could not screw all the screws in, one of the legs were shorter than the rest. Online support not very helpful, automatic email reply. They are taking them back and I hope they are quicker at returning my money”
