He called beforehand to make sure I still needed the appointment, he arrived the exact time, which was very prompt. (30 mins as the company stated) He was polite and courteous and explained everything that he was doing to gain entry into my property. He managed to get the door open and I was charged £70. He said I needed a new locking mechanism but just the key box
I have found the exact one online for £31 and he wanted to charge me £325 with the part being £125
Absolutely extortionate. I told him to stop the work and just paid the £70 for getting the door open. I won’t be using this company again”
