I was quoted £80 all inclusive in the phone and the Romanian guy who came told me it's over £108 so I told him I was told £80 he then pretended to make a call to his office and confirmed £80. After he left I called the office and confirmed that it was indeed £80 and the lad had not spoke to the office.

2 call-out fees for what should have been a simple alignment. Locksmith said after first visit door was fine Not fine!! I was locked out again following week. On second visit he messed with aligning screws and told me hinge had gone and I should get a UPVC door technician to fix it. I rang my Joiner who identified what Locksmith had done to cause problem to hinge. He had battered the central screw with his battery screwdriver so much resulting in no crossthread left and turned it away the central markerpoint on the plate causing it to turn inward making the hinge jammed. Took my joiner some time get defective screw out owing not having any grip on battered head. Problem solved when this was done and my man was able to check all aligned with receiver plates on the other side of frame. Your Locksmith caused this problem, no-one has touched the screws since installation. Cost me 2 call-out charges of a total £141.60. After contacting my bank who raised a Merchant Dispute,I have got £70.80 back, the fee paid on Credit card, first fee was paid on Debit card. So still out of pocket for other fee. I would NEVER use/recommend your firm.

Locksmith took 1hr 45 mins to arrive when they stated they’d arrive within 30 mins. Admitted he didn’t have the right tools to pick my lock (which should have taken 10 mins) so needed to drill. Had my dog and 15 month old child in the garden in the rain so couldn’t really argue. Drilled through my lock, took him about 2 hours. Has damaged my door. Tried to sell me new handles which on questioning him where completely unnecessary. Then part of the lock was damaged- he said this was unrelated but very suspicious given it’s a new door and he’d just spent 2 hours drilling it. Door was also scratched and chipped. Don’t think he had a clue what he was doing, and when I questioned this, his only response was to offer me a copy of the ‘locksmiths creed’. Declined his offer to replace what was broken in the lock as I believed he was completely incompetent. Overall at my property for 3 hours. Highly disappointed. Would not use again- not sure of their quality assurance process.

Rip off, quote one price on the phone then their approved locksmith turns up 1hr 45mins late and then charges way you double for a job that took him less then 1min to drill through my steering lock, £155!! Made out it’s going to be massive job etc taking advantage of vulnerable people, When asked why is the price more he just replied it’s the company, I just work for them. Only to find out that he owns the company. Tried to make a complaint about my experience, will they listen NO, this company says I need to contact the company that came out, which I did but they haven’t responded back yet, almost a week!! Your company should take responsibility for this complaint as you placed the job with them, they are your approved locksmith, I took the service with you, please take responsibility to look in this. Thanks

Was told it would be £59 plus vat to get my lock changed then he arrived and said it would be £89 because of my door... he then drilled through the lock and told me I owe a further 80 for a lock that I paid a tenner for from screwfix....

This God took my money, then asked me for my phone number and went in his website and deleted my phone app on my phone. Or I could even call him back once he left be where

I understand it is a Sunday at 6pm but the cost of this service is disgusting. The man arrived and forced the door open with one tool which took less than 10 seconds yet this cost me £75. When it is that simple it should not cost that much. I completely understand the price if it is more complicated and requires more tools or to change locks etc, but to just force it open in 10 seconds yet to charge the full amount is absolutely disgusting. The keys were inside the house and it was just an auto lock door (I recently moved in so did not realise it was auto lock), yet it cost so much money which I think is completely unfair.

Told on the phone that someone would be with me in under 30 mins, more like 60 in the end! The 'locksmith' was with me for 5 seconds before he opened my front door. All that happened was the front door was shut, not locked, with a key on the inside prevented the key on the outside from turning. Nothing was replaced, a simple device used to open the door. You may not charge call out fees but to take £100 + VAT off me for 5 seconds work is a joke and very unfair in the current economic climate. I was deeply shocked and disappointed that the 'locksmith' too his time to get to me and even asked if he was still needed, then he gets £100 + VAT. Wouldn't use again.

Locksmith arrived within hour, only took out broken key for within a min. He charged £70 straight. I feel it is not really fair and I wouldn’t use anymore. Very greedy locksmith.

The back door you mended stuck again and I couldn't lock it. I was told that someone would come round but after several different stories I was told that there was nobody available and I could call another locksmith!!. I am a woman who was alone in the house that night but was just told 'sorry'. This was extremely upsetting. I have sent in an email regarding the bad service. Eventually I managed to force the door locked last night. My husband who was away called and was told that there was no manager or supervisor to speak to. He is expecting a call from you to arrange a call on Friday. Not holding our breath. In the meantime I am not able to use the back door!!!

I had agreed on the telephone with the call handler to pay £ 59 plus VAT (£70.80) & also negotiated a discount .Before the locksmith started the job I clearly explained to him the price I had agreed. He bluntly told me that his charges are £70 plus VAT & started to walk off saying he has other important job to attend. I requested him to do the job since he had come & he said he will charge me £70 including VAT. The job was very simple it took him barely 3 minutes as all he did was to cut the lever which was stuck. It so happened that when he processed the payment the amount payable came to £62 including VAT as the Company must have already calculated the price. Also I enquired how much he would charge for replacing the lock first he quoted £250 then changed it to £100. The job was straight forward. The lock to the side door of the house leading to the back garden was stuck & the lock itself is an ordinary lock not a complicated security lock All the locksmith was trying to do is to rip me off because of my age He had no right to walk off from the job
