To my embarrassment, I don't have the locksmiths name, but I want to express, how good of service he provided. He called beforehand to make sure I still needed the appointment, he arrived the exact time, which was very prompt. (30 mins as the company stated) He was polite and courteous and explained everything that he was doing to gain entry into my property. Without getting him into any grief, I'm going to say he even looked and helped with the back door which I actually had the problem with to start with and explained what the issue was with the door and how to get it dealt with in the future. I'm very much indebted and appreciative to the locksmith and if I had some spare cash, I would of tipped him. 100%.
