“Ordered and paid for a window. Waiting for it to be made then delivered Can't say anymore than that. Why request a review before its even made ?”

“Damaged, glass cracked, no trickle vent, wrong size. Paid over £1200 for a single window, photos as proof.”

The email you sent in on Friday evening has been picked up today and is being looked into, however the window has been supplied at the correct size and with a trickle vent. “Service has been from start to finish, was given an order date after waiting over 10days of ordering OK except but told any time between 7 till 7 so waited in for over 12hrs no order no phone call. E. mailed no answer called 3 time's told I would get delivery in another 10 days and would give me delivery money back as an apology didn't happen, when window did arrive its has wrong space bar .sent another email and still no response.”

“Still awaiting delivery of the door, I did however contact just doors on 3 occasions during the specification and ordering process and I spoke to 3 different members of staff all of which were extremely helpful, I can't speak of the product quality until my order is received but 10 out of 10 for customer service so far.”
