“Very good service from this company. I required an unusual door/window configuration and this company went to considerable lengths to sort a solution out for me. My local suppliers were no help at all. Product arrived on time and in perfect condition. Answered all my queries politely and promptly. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.”

“I needed a new upvc door and frame to replace an old wooden garage door. Ordering online was simple. Chose a white upvc back door, half glass with a low threshold. Door arrived on day expected. Size and specification all correct. Fitting a upvc frame & door was a new experience for me. I had only allowed for a small gap around the frame as the walls were straight and true which turned out to be good as less spacers and filling needed. First drill bit broke so new sharp metal drill bits required to get through the aluminium/steel frame. Glass spacers supplied came in very handy. Final result is very nice. Quality is good. Door opens, shuts and locks very smoothly.”

“Avoid. We ordered a window for which we were told prior to placing the order that the delivery date would be in 2 to 3 weeks. After placing the order, I was given a 4 week delivery date which then got changed to a further 3 weeks. No one bothered to inform us and we accidentally found by just logging. Customer service was really poor (no empathy) and told we don't have an option but to wait. Can't cancel either.”
