“If you’re thinking of buying from these then DONT! Triple glazed units had marks on the inside pane from manufacture, company said they would replace faulty units, I’ve waited 3 months and still no replacements, now refusing to answer my emails. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!”

We would like to apologise for the inconvenience and frustration you have faced with the triple glazed units. It is disheartening to hear that there were marks on the inside pane and that the replacement process has been significantly delayed. We understand how important it is to have timely and effective communication, and are sorry for any lack of response you have experienced. The replacement units were regrettably delivered to an incorrect depot and this is the cause for the delay on this occasion, however the units are being transferred to the correct depot for onward delivery to yourself. It looks as if you have been advised of this by the customer services team, but please do reach out again should you require any assistance in the meantime. “so far the process has been clear and easy to navigate unlike other suppliers!! depending on the delivered quality and results I shall place numerous further orders.”

“Ordered 2 double glazed units, they have arrived and are good quality units. I wasn't in any hurry for the units and the first one was delivered in roughly 2 weeks, the second larger unit was delivered 2 weeks later. I did have to contact them to check the second unit was still on it's way. Overall happy with the quality and value of the products .”

“Good company to deal with. Ordered online delivery day as stated. A piece of glass was sent that was the wrong size but was replaced quickly. Just value doors was one of the only companies I could find supplying made to measure UPVC doors with the tilt and turn window (like a stable door feature) Would buy from again”

“I dealt with Nick Brook via an online Whats app chat. He was really helpful, gave me all the information I needed and I got the door ordered straight away. Lots on different options to choose from and they had exactly what we needed. We haven't received the door yet but I am sure it will great if the process so far is anything to go by,”
