“Customer service was appalling. Our windows were delivered late and in dribs and drabs. But the main issue was the wrong trickle vents / seals were sent so we could not complete the installation. We chased these items on multiple occasions and if we managed to get through, we were repeatedly fobbed off with false promises of dispatch etc. When we eventually received the vents / seals, our builders had left site so we have spent the whole winter with drafts throughout the house. I would never use this company again and recommend they are avoided, regardless of the price.”

“Brilliant service, I was looking for new window for my daughters room due to old one leaking and causing damp. The system you use is perfect and allows me to tweak the window to my exact liking. You have plenty of options to choose from which made it even easier for us to go with you. Very fair prices aswell which is even better and will definitely be coming back to order our other windows when we are ready for them.”

“I searched several uPVC suppliers for my garden gazebo project. I liked the ordering online menus, the options were easy to understand. Charly answered my chat box questions at the point of sale quickly. Great price too and £60 delivery to opposite end of the country is good "value".”
