“WEBSITE VERY GOOD. Spoke to Danielle with questions,she called me darling and was very flippant like it was all so simple. She didnt understand what I was doing and changed my order unknown to me . Fortunately I spotted it and put it right.”

“Awful experience. Placed an order online for two windows and received a phone call a few days later to inform me the price was incorrect and I could either pay more or my order would be cancelled. So we cancelled as it's clear I couldnt work with a business like this.”

“Door wouldn't lock properly, reported within the 72 hours specified. Got all sorts of excuses, I was even told it's not for them to sort as "They are just a supplier" sent a new lock which didn't work. Ended up calling out a lock smith who found parts had been built incorrectly. Then had a fight to get my money back. Not impressed.”

We are a supply-only company, however do provide a 5 year parts guarantee and sent you a replacement lock promptly, as well as compensated towards your locksmith cost, and trust your new door will serve you well in the years ahead. “My doors are under warranty disappointed that it has taken over 6 months to sort the issue out which still has not been resolved. Just valve doors are telling me it's an issue with their supplier but my warranty was issued by them. Have evey Harry the customer support guys has been very helpful”

“Door let's in massive amounts of air around the top of the door due to an incredibly poor design of locking mechanism. Your staff have been very helpful and have sent out another lock, which also of very poor quality. The issue is when the handle is turned upwards the door should be pulled into the sealing gasket but nothing actually happens. I have been using your company for several year's but sadly due to the poor quality of this door you have lost a customer. Order number:ORD81503”

“e ordering process was very easy and convenient, and the consultant actively followed up on my enquiry by phone, which I really appreciated. The only downside is that the delivery cost is a bit on the expensive side. If the delivery fee could be a little more affordable, it would be perfect. Overall, I’m very satisfied.”

“Bought a composite door and chose the option to have a Yale smart lock instead of a traditional lever. The website did not say that they only supply the yale lock without fitting any of the hardware. There is no reason why the hardware cannot be fitted in the factory similar to a normal lever mechanism leaving you to configure the security afterwards. It would have been cheaper for me to buy the door with a normal lever and then buy a yale lock separately. The company offered no resolution. Do not go for the smart lock option as you will pay more for it and still have to fit it yourself.”
