During my conversation this morning I found one of the staff's attitude of not being friendly and helpful.
I paid for original policy documents to be sent by post and I received poor quality photocopies.
The policy schedule states destination "worldwide" I wanted it to clearly state "worldwide including USA and Canada." An email confirming this would suffice but has not received it.
All insurance companies provide a plastic credit card size with emergence telephone numbers but was told that you don't provide.
