I was really impressed with the speed of delivery, then I realised an item was missing. Customer service said it was out of stock and they would chase up with dispatch.. so that was good. Then about a week later an email came through advising of a refund for this item. Was really disappointed as I was expecting this item. Plus, there was no apology for the cancellation, so my experience started off as 5 star and then end up an average 3 star.
