“Conditioner is good quality but it’s disappointing that it doesn’t come with the pump. Quite silly really.”

“The package arrived fairly quickly, bit it was damaged and the product had leaked a lot. I was offered a free return/replacement (or 20% off something else). I sent back the parcel a week ago and I’m still waiting to hear about my replacement product. So not terrible, but not great either.”

“Delivery as expected, good price. However, the foundation bottle did NOT come sealed so could've been used/returned or just opened - no way to start counting "valid for x since opening". This could be a decision maker for me next time”

“Quick delivery but unfortunately the cap was broken so therfore a lot of leakage, perhaps would be a good idea to wrap the cap in tape !!!”

“Find the polish isn’t as good as my usual brand as do need about 4 coats. Took a while for colour to change but realised when hands or feet are cold the colour is dark and when they are hot colour goes pale. Occasionally I get a darker tip”
