“Earrings, order process and delivery all fine but didn't expect a pair of Links of London earrings to be sent in a Hot Diamonds presentation box. Fortunately they were for me and not a gift...you don't expect to pay £130 for earrings and not have them sent in the correct branded box. Other than that no complaints and in all fairness I have not bothered to contact to put right.”

“Hi although your delivery was quick and email confirmation good I was was very disappoined in the final product presentation from you. I spent over £40 on a troll bead not a huge sum, but not insignificant but it arrived in a plast bag, no presentation packaging and as it was a gift this is I belive very poor. My previous purchases from you had included small bag and box. Contrast this with a symultanious order I placed with Acotis Diamonds for a troll bead for less than £12 and it came in hinged presentation box and luxury rope gift bag. Sorry to say I was very dissapointed”

“I ordered on sunday, in the extra info box on the order page I requested the item not be sent out straight away so I had a chance of being in for the postman on Thursday, my day off. on Tuesday I had a "you weren't in", card from the postman. it had been sent straight away. the item was however half the normal price and so I offered them a further £450 of possible business via e-mail as the items I wanted price quotes on weren't in stock. no answer. so I sent the same message via their "contact us", page. no answer. business must be good if they can afford to ignore customers wanting to buy more.”

“My wife was delighted to receive her Thomas Sabo dragonfly earrings which I bought her as an anniversary gift. Unfortunately one fell out on the first day, which she did find amazingly, but the backs provided with the earrings have little if any purchase to the shaft and now she is too afraid to wear them going out in case she loses one....or both! This is clearly a design fault and one which needs to be addressed or I would assume other customers will have similar experiences. I was pleased with the site and the speed of delivery as my wife has quite a number of jewellery items from Thomas Sabo.”

“This particular order was just for two troll beads, so nothing could go wrong, but the last order was for the leather bracelet, clasp and beads. The clasp and one bead had to be returned because they did not fit the bracelet. It would be very helpful if someone at the receiving end of the order picked up the fact that something was wrong and contacted person ordering by e mail to check with them. Our local jeweller has closed so I am reliant on mail order and would like to receive better attention.”

“Overall pleased with service, but was disappointed that no gift wrapping service was available. I ordered item as a christmas present as I live in singapore and it would be great if a gift delivery service was available so as not to spoil the surprise. The recipient has not yet opened the gift so I am assuming the product is in good condition. I did have to send a mail to check my order had been placed as I didn't receive any email confirmation, but your customer services team were very quick to respond which was appreciated.”

“I ordered a pandora charm. I thought I could get an original solid box with pandora bag but I had only pandora paper and sticker. Disappointed .”

“I ordered a Pandora bead which arrived quickly but was not in a box but had a tiny pandora bag that I had to assemble myslef. I have ordered 2 other beads from other suppliers this month both of which arrived in a proper padded box. The bead looks fine, but the whol transaction lost it's shine with poor quality packaging. I have several friends with pandora bracelets, I won't bother to order again from this retailer.”
