Really disappointed at how slow delivery was this time. Usually when I order from here it’s quick delivery, but this time it missed the birthday of the person I bought a gift for!

I recently bought two nomination charms. Both arrived, one had a butterfly ‘dangle’ charm, which I put on my bracelet. The butterfly sheared off within a few days- disappointed ☹️

I received a necklace for my birthday after a couple of days of wear the jewellery is a funny colour. Clearly not quality silver.

When you have an issue its more like your getting an automated response rather than a person . Only use the free post option if you are ordering well n advance .

Hi Chris, We are sorry you are not happy with your order. The reason your order was not delivered in time was that you did not enter a house number for your delivery address. I havnt recieved the item yet as it didn't arrive with the post. Having another one sent. Customer service as been good with trying to deal with this but slightly disappointed I may jot get it for my birthday as this was a gift purchased by my husband for me.

I ordered 4 charms total of 80 pounds when the offer was on for a free bracelet but didn't get one so I was disappointed

My wife is very happy with the quality of the ring. However, when it states “next day delivery” you expect.. next day delivery. Apparently wedding rings take a few weeks, yet they state “next day delivery”. Very confusing.

Necklace was a present and when it came it was tangled. I spent a full day trying to get all the knots out in the end i had to bring jt to my local jewellers and they were so appalled by the state it was sent to me in they ended up giving me a new chain part

Did not honour a price match Took a lot of emails etc. In the end did give points converted back to account on items purchased

Although quality is good I’m not happy with the online purchases. It isn’t easy to search for things it just doesn’t come up and you have to scroll right the way through to find what you are looking for. And then at the shopping basket it’s impossible to remove an item you have to start again!!! Very frustrating!!!!

Prompt delivery but customs tax killed it. 40 euro extra.i didn't accept the parcel from the courier. Take Care and read small print if ordering from UK

The Jewellery is nice but I was disappointed in the packaging. If this Jewellery was purchased in a shop it would come with gift bags but my order did not have gift bags
