The item and delivery was exactly what I ordered, but I was very disappointed that the item came unpacked and just in a clear plastic bag, very poor.

I ordered a nomination charm as a present for my mum. It arrived the next day, which was fantastic. However, the mum on the charm was quite squashed together and difficult to read.

Lack of packing was disappointing... Came in a small clear bag. Was expecting a lovely box for presentation... This didn't used to be the case. Obviously cost cutting.

The product I received was brilliant and the delivery was without any problems. Thanks for your great customer service. However, the £10 gift card I received is currently not working.

I was quite unimpressed with the Packaging - I wanted to give these items as gifts for Christmas so it would have been nice if they had been gift wrapped or even presented in some kind of small box rather than just a jiffy bag

Although the items ordered were for a Classic bracelet, I just thought that the charms seemed to look a little smaller than normal.

Both off the items arrived on time, only concern was one item was not correct to the order, but as the price was the same and similar to the one ordered we decided to keep the item sent.

Very disappointed with the Nomination presentation box, which wasn't really a box but a fold up cardboard package. Would not buy from this seller again.

your delivery time and the item i ordered were spot on.the problem i had was that i was sent an empty trollbeads box .i looked all over for the charm and later found it stapled to the invoice.i nearly threw this straight in the bin.

Hi Celia, We usually staple item to the invoice to stop them from moving around in the parcel and just in case they get dropped once the order is opened. We advise customer to hold on to their invoices in case any happens to their item and they need to return this to us. Kind Regards

Happy with product and quick delivery service but unhappy with way product was packaged. Just in a plastic pocket stapled to order. Thought it would have come in nice thomas sabo box. Little disappointing as this was a gift.

Hi Anne, Loyalty points can be found under the the previous order section of your account as soon as you reach 100 points it will have a redeem button next to the points to allow you to add them to the basket. Kind Regards

My order arrived when you said it would but the charm I ordered came wrong over a week later I am still waiting for the correct one to arrive. I have rang up twice and they were no help what so ever still can't tell me when its going to arrive. This is a present and the birthday has been and gone.I am not a happy customer at the moment

Ordered pandora charms and bracelets. Spent over £300. Website stated will recieve official pandora packaging but nothing came with the items and the charms came in a small plastic bag. But the bracelets did come in a pandora box but no pouches or pandora bags

The item arrived quickly but without a box as stated on the website at the time of order. i bought this as a gift... Its not easy trying to wrap up a small charm! I would still recommend them though.

The products were perfect, the delivery let you down a lot, I paid the extra for next day delivery but didn't recieve my order for 4 days, I emailed saying I wasn't happy that I paid for something that I wasn't receiving and I could have picked the free delivery for the time I waited I was told I didn't pay for next day ( like the option state) I paid for a courier.

Delivery was fast but the product was not the quality I was expecting for Pandora and I did question if they are coax but after looking on other website it appears so. The gift box was set up for a charm and not earrings which was disappointing so I just had to try and squeeze the earring in and present them the best I could. Luckily the recipient likes them but not sure I'll be purchasing Pandora earring again.
