“Advertised as free delivery which will take 1 to 2 days. It took 7. Therefore i missed the day that i needed as a preasent for.”

“Expected the order to be with me on the 13th of February. Did not receive it until the 14th. Rang to complain. The lady said it must have been delayed by Royal Mail. Which it wasn't. Not happy!!”

“The jewels should have been sent in a little gift box not a flat pack and plastics baggy, also I sent them as gifts and my mother got the receipt for them, instead of me. It took longer for one of them to arrive and I should have been sent a message to advice of the situation. Overall I wouldn't use your site again.”

“I ordered a Pandora ring for my sister, I assumed it would come next day as advertised on the website but i had to wait 2 days for it. When the package arrived, it only came with a pandora basic bag and no ribbon to tie it shut....only a little thing but it adds to the look of the gift. It would have been nice to have been sent the same packaging they use in store.”

“Easy to select item and purchase but bought a Pandora charm but delivered without the pink ribbon to finish off the gift wrap. Delivery was free and within the delivery dates given. Yes I will shop again but hopefully everything will be complete.”

“I have printed out the voucher but can't give feedback as the voucher hasn't been given as a present yet and I need to know if the person has any problems with it or not. I can give more feed back once the voucher is used which will be around Christmas. Regards Fiona”

“It would be good to get packaging for two items instead of just one when u have bought two items! Even if they are the same brand as they were gifts!!! And would be good to get a gift bag! Plus never get the ribbons if I buy pandra!!! Starting to thing I might shop with someone else! And discounts always exclude nomanation and pandora!”
