“I brought a troll bead for my wife's Christmas present. The reason I got it from Joshua James was the 15% discount code they sent me via a email and the reason they have been given 3 stars was they sent it by snail mail eight days from the email saying it had been dispatched a little disappointed with the delivery service. Other than that the bead was what I wanted for the boss (wife), so happy.”

“Great company only down fall is you do not contact the customer if there is an issue with your order. On a couple of occasions I have had to contact you to find out where my order is to be told that charms are out of stock.”

“When I first ordered from your company I was absolutely thrilled with the speed and reliability of my delivery. I have ordered again a few times and must say that it appears to be difficult to get the same standard of service. Shoppers are offered points or a nomination charm tool, I now have 3 because each time I tick for points the tool arrives anyway, plus I receive discount codes which when I attempt to apply them nothing happens. Please go back to the higher standard of service.”

“I was very disappointed with service on my latest purchase from you for the following reason.On my previous purchase from you I was advised that if I spent over £100 pounds in one transaction then I would qualify for a £10 voucher which could be used on my next purchase,I was NOT made aware there was a time limit on this but when I came to use it I was told it ran out at the end of August.In future when I come to purchase further items I shall look at other suppliers to give my business to.”

“Happy with Goods, Pandora charms so all generally the same. However, not happy with packaging. expecting Pandora boxes and gift bags but got card pouches, they have the Pandora mark but not the same as I have purchased elsewhere and got proper boxes and gift bag. Disappointed with that but delivery was good and goods, well are Pandora.”

“My order was processed extremely quickly!!! But when I received my order it was the wrong item. So I had to take it back to the post office then wait for new order to be delivered. The ring I was sent weren't even on the website.”

“No complaints with the product. Communication good re delivery dates etc and item delivered promptly. I did ask for a card with a message on it to be enclosed as the item was a gift unfortunately the card was not enclosed. Other than that I was happy with the service.”

“My order was good delivery, but it had to be sent back as it was the wrong size, I then got an email saying the bigger size was not in stock, and I had to pay an extra £4.71 for the bigger one, but every time I phone the number I don't get an answer to pay the extra money.”

“Item of jewellery ie strawberry themed earrings arrived promptly. The box marked with the logo of Thomas Sabo complimented the contents. First time I have purchased from this company and would have no hesitation in doing so again.”

“Good initial response - Very quick delivery, no complaints there, unfortunately the bracelet was the wrong size & I returned it. Got an e-mail next day, April 30th, to say it had been received but the replacement has not yet arrived, so disappointment there.”

“I was looking for some earrings for a friends birthday and found them on your site so I thought I would take advantage of the 3 for 2 offer. I was very disappointed when they arrived in that the earrings were extremely damaged. I couldn't believe that they were sent in that state and was even more disappointed that when I rang they were out of stock and that they would take 10 days to get them in stock which was no use really as I needed them that weekend for my friends birthday. To be honest I thought that a little more effort could have been made to get them in stock sooner. I ended up having to order a different pair. I cant however fault the delivery service.”

“Wish the service of returns and refund was as quick as purchases. Dealing with some of the people I was made to feel like I was a nuisance as I could tell it was a busy period but I would not know this.”
