Was disappointed to be told that item was sold out after having placed the order and money taken from account. Money was refunded quickly

says it is in stock then you order and says it is out of stock waiting for deliverly i had a discount code they sent me before xmas went to use after xmas and it did not work the only good thing is free deliverly

Ordered a bracelet and two charms before Christmas when the offer was on to get the free bracelet and it took over 6 weeks to get it this wasn't what I was expecting but then last week I ordered another charm and it was here in two days which was brilliant much better than the last time I would probably order from you again keep up the good service

Disappointed with the bead I ordered as it was so small and didn't match the size of my other beads on my bracelet. I have returned it for refund.

Delivery was two weeks which meant parcel only just arrived in time for Xmas. Poor !!!

Ordered for xmas and online stated in stock despatched within 24 hours. When I signed into my account 3 days later it read awaiting stock, but online if I ordered again, still advised in stock. After numerous attempts to ring I panicked and ordered something else from an online competitor and paid next day delivery as was 2 days from xmas. Then received a despatch email from yourselves and ended up with 2 presents which I didn't need.

We ordered a gift voucher for a Christmas present at the start of December. We asked for it to be sent by post but did give an email address at the same time. The email arrived here but it wasn't clear that that was the gift voucher. We were expecting something we could at least print off and physically hand over as a gift. After a few days of no voucher appearing by post we attempted to call the customer service line on the website for advice - we never got through. We also sent an email through the contact us system and again we have not yet received a response. We have now realised that we should have used the address of the intended recipient - as she will know have to register using our email address to redeem the voucher. Had we done that the Christmas present would have arrived several weeks too early. Your website was difficult to find the gift voucher section on - and the small print was not sufficiently clear We will not be using Joshua James again for gifts

Being charged for the two charms I ordered but only receiving one in my package isn't really ideal so close to Christmas considering the receipt that was actually in with the order stated x2 (not sure how they could have missed that one if I'm honest!) That being said though,the customer service team were very good at getting back to me and quick to send out the replacement charm. Just a shame there was a mix up in the first place,otherwise it would have been perfect.

Item not received, and been told to wait till after Christmas before anything can be done due to the Royal Mail 14 day policy. Disappointed.

Was disappointed Item was not delivered as lost in post. Have re-ordered so hope this one arrives, will let you know if the first one does turn up as I will want to return it, also if it does not arrive you will need to refund my money.

I ordered two nomination charms for my wife for her birthday. These were dispatched on the 7th December 2016 with with free next day delivery by Royal Mail. I am now writing this on the 15th December & my order has still not arrived. My wife's birthday has now come & gone, so very disappointed. I have informed yourselves of this order .

I have used Joshua James several times in the past and have always received excellent service. I believe there may be a period of transition occurring with the company as things have changed. Generally communication was a lot a better before and items that were in stock were dispatched almost immediately. Now items appear to be in stock at the time of placing the order but you may get a notification email to say items now need to be ordered once you have placed your order....hmmmm, frustrating and worrying, given that some of the reviews are less than favourable. However, I placed my order and took advantage of the recent Black Friday promotion, all of my order arrived approx 2 weeks after placing the order; I had been informed by email this would be the case and was assured the items would arrive before Christmas. All of the order arrived in one go, as hoped for the quality of items was excellent, DPD was used to courier with an email notification of tracking and delivery time window. My advice might be to continue using but "buyer beware." Joshua James, listen to your customers, without us you have no business.

Delivery was poor as my item was delivered late. GPO would have delivered within 24 hours for little more than I was charged.

Nomination Charm itself was fine but disappointed it did not include a gift bag at least as it was an Xmas present.

I've bought a few things from Joshua James and overall I was really happy. I especially like the loyalty rewards system they have which I find very generous but I ordered an Amber Nomination classic charm which wasn't very nice so I sent it back. The customer service department was very helpful and promised to refund my postage and packaging, which they have yet to do. They sent me another Amber charm, which again is not what I was expecting. It looks nothing like it does in the picture on their website. It is more like garnet than amber, it's very red opposed to a fiery orange/brown colour. I would be reluctant to buy another Nomination stone charm from them but I would buy Nomination charms without the stones and also Pandora. I think my complaint is more a supplier complaint. Nomination's themselves need to be more consistent.

I added comments when I purchased the item I asked if the charm could be put on the braclet which wasn't also you only sent 1 box and I had 2 charms for 2 different people ..
