The worst customer service I have ever experienced. My items of over £50 were sent in a shoddy envelope which arrived open and wet and my items were missing. I contacted them straight away to which they acknowledged they must have been stolen. I was told more than 9 days ago they would investigate. But now I am being point blank ignored. I have tried contacting the company on various platforms alongside my emails - to which I have had no response. I have now had to raise a dispute with my bank to try and recover my money for items I have not received. Very very poor. And I will be avoiding this company in the future.

Order I placed on 2nd June has not arrived this was a 50th gift for my sister who’s birthday was 10th June. Would definitely not recommend this company. I’ve also been told monody can chase this up for me until after 23rd of June apparently!!!

Ordered a long while back and the website didn’t give me the option to paid with card. It felt like I was covertly signed up to “klarna”. Also the product has not arrived and it is needed for a birthday gift on Monday so overall I am very unhappy with the service and unsure if the product will even arrive.

I haven't recieved my item yet, I am disappointed by how long it is taking, I dont feel I can recommend them from my current experience.

Ordered a lovely nomination braclet and charm still not received the items yet Ordered on the 31st May , cannot believe it’s taking so long my mum special birthday, and she still hasn’t received our gift

Can’t really review a product that never showed up. Was told it was dispatched several days ago and it’s still not shown up. Not the first time I’ve had this issue with Joshua James.

I will be messaging Joshua James direct. I received a nomination charm and the writing has come off within days. Not happy, as I always get my nomination charms from here x

I ordered a nomination charm for a birthday present which came looking tarnished, on closer inspection it was actually the silver that had either chipped off or not been designed correctly however for this product to be sent out like this I was shocked. After emailing about a returns I was told to use a silver cloth on the charm first and then send back if I still wasn’t happy. Safe to say the cloth didn’t work, now I have to pay to return the item as there is no returns label!! Highly disappointed and I have gone to order the charm from another website. One good thing was Delivery time was good to say things are moving a lot slower at the moment.

Got an email on 26 May to advise my order had been dispatched....still not received it and it’s 3 June. Emailed James Joshua yesterday to ask of you could track the package. Still not had a reply.....

Disappointed that I am still waiting two weeks later for my delivery of three charms. I understand the current situation, but I only ordered with yous as my daughter had purchased a gift for me two weeks earlier and it arrived within the 48 hrs. All during lockdown. I gave written to yous and still waiting on a reply. There has been no communication from yous since the order. Disappointed.

The charm I got looks cheap, you can see the welding terribly, contacted them and still waiting for something to be done.

I purchased a bracelet on the 7th of April it is now the 27th of May and I still haven’t received it Had an investigation as to where it may be and after 14 working days I sent a new one out but said it would be recorded to post seven working days later I emailed them to find out where it is get an email five days later to say it’s been sent by standard delivery should be with you within 8 to 12 days we’ll it still is not here Disappointed to say the least

Finally had refund after asking 4 times as was waiting and waiting for over £100 worth of missing nomination charms since 15th April. This was 1st and last time I would use this company as was always blaming royal mail and royal.mail not have any issues as have received many online orders via royal mail within 4 to 5 days from order date and deliveries from America have arrived. You can never get hold of this company only via support e-mail which takes days to get a reply. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Finally after asking 4 times I have now received a refund for £105 which is the value if the missing items that I should have received on 15th Apri,but the packer had split my order for no apparent reasons,and after struggling to get hold of this company my sister managed to via messanger, and she was told that there was no doubt all of my order was despatched and I received them. Had to send pictures of what was received and then the excuse if oh yes the packer does remember she only sent 2 items tracked and the other 5 items via 48hr tracked via royal mail. After 2 weeks still had not arrived I was told another story of sorry but they were sent via normal mail in a white jiffy bag!!!!!!!! This company was blaming Royal Mail, but told them i have had other online deliveries via Royal Mail and no issues they then said I had to wait a further week for them to investigate so I asked again for a refund and as it takes soooo long to receive contact back from this company as I just got the usual " we've received your request and we will get back to you in 2 to 3 days time " I asked again for refund and same thing, so it asked again and finally have had confirmation via PayPal that my refund has been agreed. BUYER BEWARE as you can never get hold of this company and the submit button on website that they direct you to JUST DOES NOT WORK. I HAVE NEVER BEEN SUBJECT TO SUCH DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYBODY. 😈😈😈😈😈
