DO NOT USE JOSHUA JAMES TO PURCHASE NOMINATION CHARMS - THEY ARE EITHER SELLING FACTORY SECONDS OR FAKE ITEMS. PLEASE SEE ATTACHED PICTURE AS WARNING!!!! I have now purchased two nomination charms from Joshua James, both of which I have requested to return. The first item I purchased was incredibly bad quality - rough edges around the charm and not very well finished at all. The second item they have sold me looks nothing like the picture: the heart is a different shape, there are scratches all over the "rose gold" (it is certainly NOT rose gold), and it honestly looks like a cheap knock-off. I have emailed Joshua James three times to complain regarding the heart charm and they are now ignoring my emails and requests for a refund. I have sent the pictures of the items received to Nomination to inform them that Joshua James is either selling incredibly faulty/factory second items, or fake Nomination charms. I will also be contacting trading standards regarding this and the fact that Joshua James are not being forthcoming in giving me a refund. I am absolutely disgusted by how Joshua James have been able to sell these items to me and are now ignoring my emails and requests for a full refund. The items were for my sisters' 30th birthdays (twins) and now I have nothing to give them as I can't afford to purchase anything else until they refund me.

Took weeks to arrive even though it said postage was Royalmail48, also tried to contact customer services but had no reply!

Ordered charms for my granddaughters birthday in plenty of time as I thought .Waited one week for them after it stating royal mail48.So no gift on my granddaughters birthday.As they were well late.So I will not purchase from here again. Sent numerous emails. To be told. It wasn't there fault .So no I would not 'recommend this company to anyone .If anything I would advise them against this. First and definitely last for me.

I will never use this company again! My order was missing a nomination charm. They’ve kept my money!! No response from emails and phone just rings out with no one picking up!! Be warned folks!!

No answer from customer, No replies to queries. Having to continually chase been waiting for order to complete since 02/12/18. Service has dropped over the years. Real shame. Would give zero stars but wont let you.

I ordered for Christmas some charms on next day delivery . 5 days later and they still hadn’t arrived . Telephoning them they told me the items weren’t in stock ( although it said they were on the web site) when they eventually arrived (3days before Christmas ) one of items was the wrong one. I spoke to them but they refused to send the correct one until they received the wrong one back. They received this on the 24th December but now getting a refund from them is impossible . I’ve phoned at least 20 times but the phone just rings out . I will never use them again and I’m still waiting for my refund

I purchased a Palladium wedding band, prior to ordering I enquired to the weight of the ring! When it eventually arrived many weeks late it was exactly 1.5g less in weight! When I contacted them they just blamed Dominos who made the ring and informed me that the price is still the same! Rip off! Con artists! Scam! Thiefs! Liars! DO NOT BUY FROM JOSHUA JAMES!!!!

Placed an order for next day delivery on 22/12/2018 for an item that was suppose to be in stock, received an email on Christmas Eve to say that it was out of stock. Have still not received item as of 05/01/2019. Would have left 0 of 5 stars if possible.

Ordered two charms at the end of December that said they were in stock for 24 hour delivery. I am still waiting for these items to come back into stock!!

Placed an order only to be told the item was out of stock and was advised I would have it before Christmas, in the email. The bracelet never arrived until after Christmas. I also paid for express delivery, which was waste of money. If an item is out of stock it should say so on the website, and be refunded the delivery charge if paying extra for express delivery. Very poor communication and bad service.

Ordered items but only after paying was told the items are not in stock and is still awaiting stock. Why it didn’t say before ordering it wasn’t in stock i’ll never know. Will not be using this company again. Very very poor

Made a return of a faulty item several weeks ago. I have proof that they received the item, however i have not received my refund or any contact for that matter. I have emailed several times with no reply and tried to call several times with no answer. Will be taking the matter futher. But i deffinately would not recommend anyone using this company.

I ordered this on the 13th of december. i have emailed you already telling you that i still have not recieved the nomination i ordered. and you replied saying you would get back to me, its been over a week now, and no reply. can you please let me know what on earth is going on? i have had 2 emails telling me to review your services now, as if my parcel had been delivered. honestly, just very frustrating, please get back to me @ copelandryan10@gmail.com
