Disgusting company!!!!!!! Items not in stock and had to wait 2 wks before depatch went up and I don't believe they even dispatched them because now17 days on still no bracelet. So by the 7th day I got a little anxious as daughter birthday and heard nothing being though says 2-4 days delivery however its showing awaiting stock.. So I message them and all they had to say is it will definite be here by Christmas!!!! So her birthday didn't matter!!! I've called and never ever answered!! My first order came quick and perfect. So my friend also ordered for the second time different brand and same happened!!!!! Bad company don't use them!!!!

once I ordered and Paid for the Item, Told OUT OF STOCK, awaiting stock delivery. meant to be within 3 - 5 working days, definitely before Christmas !!!!!. Cant contact by phone, NO ANSWER. E Mailed, Got an E Mail back saying they got my E Mail !!!. WHERE ARE MY GOODS. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Never again. Bought some items showing in stock, paid for them with a 24 hour delivery and waited. Nothing showed!!! Emailed support and nothing. Customer service is shocking, no emails at all. I had to log into my account to find out they were awaiting stock. They were in stock when I ordered??? Really don’t bother with them, steer clear. Luckily I paid using PayPal so go money back. Went to another site and got a far better deal too. Thanks JoshuaJames, your incompetence saved me a few quid. (Try the Jewel Hut).

I ain’t happy at all ordered a nomination braet mean to to be 18cm when it has came it was 13cm not going to fit a baby’s arm never mind my grandmas not happy at all hope something is going to get done xxx

I haven’t received my order yet from the 12th December and I tried to email ring and message them and it took 3 days to speak to someone who weren’t helpful at all.

2 out of 2 orders delayed with no communication from Joshua James. I have been waiting 3 weeks for a charm and it still hasn’t arrived. Even when I called and told them service was shocking, they didn’t bother sending my delivery out by special delivery to get to me quickly and now it’s missing in the post. Awful service so will now go to Nomination instead.

I have made a complaint to Joshua James using their online form but a week later I have still had no response despite the fact that the complaint was in relation to an item Not having been received.

Awful company! I will never be ordering from them again. Ordered item around two weeks ago, payment was taken, two weeks later item still wasn’t dispatched. I tried calling them and emailing them, no reply. I emailed to tell them I no longer wanted the order and issued a refund through Amazon. Amazon was also completely useless and said ‘we can’t do anything, but send an email to cancel the order’. A few days later after a refund was processed the item was dispatched. If the company actually looked and responded to emails they would know a refund was requested. Three weeks later still haven’t received the item. I’m guessing ‘it’s lost’.

I placed an order for an 'in-stock' item over 2 weeks ago. Money was taken from my account immediately, then I received an email informing me the item was awaiting stock and would be dispatched in 3-5 days. After emailing them after the due date, I received an update that my order was now dispatched and an estimate of 2-3 days was given. After a further 4 days, I'm still waiting. Never again...

I have always use this company with no issues over the last couple of years, then after ordering items that said in stock I was then sent an email stating awaiting stock! Not answering the phone or my emails what’s going on!!! Items needed for Christmas!!!

Utter rubbish ..when I ordered it said items in stock .. then received message about supplies not being available ... trying to phone no answer.. nothing back off email message ..only a message about receiving my message...

Shocking ‘Customer Service’! Only half my order arrived when all showing ‘in stock’ on website! When trying to contact them by phone or email they do not respond! I needed to know I will receive my stuff for Christmas as their gifts! I’m returning it all back to them & will never use the site again! ‘Customer Service’ is disgusting!

I recently purchased several items from Joshua james and I must say I was very disappointed with the service I received. First of all I ordered these items as it said it would take 2-3 working days and they were for a birthday present. I then waited days before receiving an email telling me they were awaiting stock! Why wasn’t I told this when I ordered? All round it has took 16 days for me to receive these items - meaning they are now a late present! I tried calling them but no answer and I sent an email and got a reply then sent an email back explaining I wasn’t happy but I haven’t even had a reply! They are quick to take your money but not quick to inform you that they don’t have the items in stock!!

Absolutely disgusted with the service I have received. Like a number of recent reviewers, placed an order for in stock items and then failed to receive them. However, all of this is made so much worse by the fact that they do not answer the phone ever, or respond to emails, leaving you unable to work with them to resolve the issues. The items I bought were for a leaving present. I had to spend again to get the items somewhere else, leaving me out of pocket. The items have now arrived and I don't need them anymore, so will have to risk returning them. I have lost all faith in the company and therefore am worried about ever getting my money back. Terrible. Do not use them!

Placed an order on the 9th of December and paid the extra for Express UK Delivery, would have expected to have it on the 14th at the latest as post can come late this time of year. Still no sign of it arriving, have tried contacting them about the order but have been waiting a few days now. Order was a Christmas present for my mother and doesn't seem like it's going to arrive at all now so am out of pocket and have to find an alternative gift at short notice.

Delivery service very poor states on website between 2-4days. Received an email on the 10th saying my item was dispatched, I’m now on day 8 and still no sign of my order. Sent an email asking about my order and still waiting on a reply.

At what point will this company (and trading standards) recognise the phrase "in-stock" and how this company bends the meaning of that phrase. I ordered the item for my elderly disable Mother BECAUSE it was in stock and then paid in good faith-only to receive an email two days later saying it was out of stock. Looking at reviews, it seems this "shop" gets stock in bursts, as the good and poor comments are sometimes chunked together over small time periods. I bought in good faith and should not expect a lottery, luck or poor management to affect my experience or purchase. I now have to spend more on another gift, possibly enter into legal proceedings to get monies back and have to dissapoint someone on Christmas Day. Thanks a lot for adding to the stress levels and flying the flag for yet more sub-standard British service in the retail section.
