“Steve was excellent with our remortgage, despite difficult requests from underwriters he was able to come up with quick solutions and his response times were outstanding. We liked the fact that he contacted us regularly and kept us updated. I would not hesitate to recommend Simply Finance to people I know, intact we have decided that Steve is our preferred Broker. Russell & Doli”

“I found my advisor extremely helpful and quick to respond. Overall I am pleased with the outcome, although I was disappointed to have been given an initial property value indication which turned out not to be accepted by the surveyor leading to having to alter my application to a different type of mortgage. Having overcome this difficulty though everyone dealing with my case has kept me informed and the whole process has been quite smooth and stress free.”

“Staff are vey courtesy , polite and Nahid is very good as provides regular updates which keeps me informed of progress along the way, which prevents any unecessary delays. For me, being updated and quick response I feel is providing an excellent service and why I continue to instruct Simply finance to manage our business, primarily buy to let mortgage s. Also, would like to add, Tev is also very knowledgeable and on the few occasions I have spoken with him has also been very good. On that note, I would like to say thank you for yet again providing a very good service., and hope this is feedback to the staff.”

“ABSOLUTE RUBBISH SERVICE. 5 MONTHS AFTER MAKING OUR APPLICATION FOR A MORTGAGE AND VERY LITTLE RESPONSE, THE BROKER HAS BUGGERED OFF TO DUBAI AND SOMEONE HAS CANCELLED OUR APPLICATION AND NO-ONE CAN TELL US WHY, SO HAVE TO START ALL OVER AGAIN. CERTAINLY NOT WITH THIS COMPANY. DON'T TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE.”

“I didn't get enough feedback from the time I saw the advisor to the time the case was handed over to the team (Francesca). I didn't understand why there seemed to be two weeks of hand over period when nothing seems to happen. Once Francesca took over, she did keep me up dated regularly and was helpful.”

Hi Jane, thanks for your review, I can see that the turnaround times from the mortgage lender to progress your application were very slow, which isn't uncommon at this moment in time but doesn't help you, I'm pleased Francesca did a good job keeping you informed and pressurising the lender to agree your application as quickly as possible. Thanks for using us and we look forward to helping you again in the future.

“I used Simply Finance for advice as a first time buyer. Jags was very knowledgeable, obviously an expert in his industry and was always on hand to answer any questions or concerns I had throughout the whole process. A very considered approach was taken which ultimately resulted in a suitable mortgage offer for me. 10/10 for customer experience and I would happily recommend Jags again.”

“after contacting your company in 2013 regaurding a remortgage i was found a new mortgage at the best possible rate fixed for 2 yrs. just before my 2yr fixed rate expired i was contacted by Steve Bineman from your company to rearrange another fixed rate deal for 2 yrs. The point that i am making is that it is a excellent service that you provide in knowing that you are not forgoten about ,but remain on the records ,and hopefully you will be able tofind me a new deal in 2yrs time.”

“It has been ok - in fact I would rate higher but for the suggestion of using Gordon's solicitors who I did not find helpful. I have sent them a separate review. In short they overlooked an extra £500 I had to pay (unexpectedly) until the day of completion. Ok - errors happen but I then spent 45 minutes on the phone trying to get through to them to pay. This is not a one off - the previous time I had to call had a similar waiting time to get through. They also charge £0.95 to pay a bill by debit card. I can understand charges for credit cards (just!) but to do so for debit cards when you are paying £500 for their service is insulting. I would never use them again.”

Hi Allan Thanks for leaving feedback, we're sorry to hear you didn't feel the solicitors offered the same level of service as we do, we encourage customers to liaise direct with us where possible so that we can do the leg work with the solicitors for you (albeit this isn't always possible). We hope the solicitors don't reflect directly on ourselves and you will continue to use us!

“All the staff at Simply Finance are friendly, yet professional, and very efficient in what they do. I was having problems re-mortgaging due to the new affordability rules but Sarah took the problem away from me, found a new lender to match my circumstances and sorted most of the dreaded paperwork on my behalf. Overall I am very happy with the service I received.”
