“Excellent service from Dave Cornford who was my contact at Simply Finance..always prompt to reply to queries and very helpful, friendly and efficient. A very smooth process once things had been agreed by all parties involved and I would certainly recommend Simply finance to friends and family and wouldnt hesitate to use them again in the future.”

“Our broker, Celeste, was excellent - very well informed and helpful. Unfortunately when the case moved out of her hands and onto the 'processing' team it was a pretty painful experience. Things moved very slowly, they didn't keep me updated with progress and I ended up having to do all of the chasing to keep things moving at the right pace - I was effectively doing the job I had paid them to do!”

“Simply Finance are the best mortgage advisors I have ever dealt with and their fee is well worth paying. They endlessly search the market for the right product for you and have never let me down in all the re-mortgages and new mortgages I have arranged through them re my property portfolio and private property. Although I paid a lifetime fee to another mortgage brokers who shall remain nameless, they were so hopeless that I lost a property. This would never happen with Simply Finance, they are knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Thank you Simply Finance.”

“Excellent service from the broker Dave Cornford who looked at all options for remortgage taking in to account our ages and finalising on best deal with Leeds BS Excellent communication with Lisa Walkin Knight who acted superbly in finalising all affairs to completion and especially following up my queries with Optma Legal who were very difficult in contacting . I appreciate Lisa's patience and efficiency. Well done everybody and I look forward to contacting Simply Finance in 2 years when my discounted deal expires”

“The service we have received from Simply Finance has been exeptional especially the expert help and support we have received from Sarah Crampton Barden. She has helped us more than we can say, keeping us updated at every part of our remortgage and overcoming every problem we encountered.She was pleasant and professional at all times and and succeeded at putting our minds at rest.We will never forget was she has done for us and wont hesitate to use Simply Finance in the future.”

“There was a lack of continuity and didn't feel I got the personal service I experienced when I last used the company. The BS confused my application leading to delays and requests for additional, not easy to provide information. Which were not questioned by staff until I raised concerns.”

“Very good start to the process, with Sarah being very proactive and commercial in her advice, and then Helen dealing with the process. The reason for not giving 'very good' is that I found the legal services provided by Optima to be appalling - utterly impersonal, very slow and did not pre-empt issues at any stage, leading to at least a week's delay in the process.”

“I have found my interaction with Simon Walklin-Knight very easy. He very obviously understands his business well, and leaves me with the feeling that I have left my finances in very capable hands. In fact I was working with another broker who was so unresponsive that I have closed down that avenue of investigation and have provided Simon with all of my current business.”
