“Louise Brown was excellent! First time buyers and offered support in every step, from helping us dealing with many issues either surveys, solicitors and estate agents. Could not recommend Louise enough, I almost miss our daily chats! Thank you so much for your help again and we are finally in!”

“Review for James – Outstanding Financial Advice James was extremely helpful in finding the best protection plans to suit my needs. “Anthony was an absolute legend. Being self employed I was told by 2 other brokers I wouldn’t get a mortgage. Anthony knew what he was talking about and knew about self employed people. He got us a mortgage for the amount we wanted at a great rate. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone.”

“Excellent service from both Shaun Boyle (mortgage adviser) and Chantelle Parker (client relationship manager). Shaun found a product that suited my needs and regularly checked to make sure I was on the best rate. Due to the purchase being delayed we had to apply again and Shaun was very helpful throughout (his advice also meant that I didn't lose the mortgage product fee from the first application). Chantelle was also fantastic and kept in touch regularly with updates and check ins with the solicitor and estate agents.I would definitely recommend John Charcol.”

“We recently completed our mortgage with the support of mohammed raz, kira and the team at John Charcol, and we are genuinely grateful for the service we received. As first-time applicants, the process felt quite overwhelming at times, but the whole team were incredibly patient, supportive and reassuring throughout. Raz, Kira and the team took the time to explain everything clearly and guided us step-by-step, which really helped us feel confident and informed.
