“We worked with Tom Allen at John Charcoal and cannot recommend him highly enough. We had a terrible experience with another broker and desperately needed a quick turnaround for fear of losing our potential flat. Tom was not only efficient in every way imaginable, he was also friendly, considerate, understanding, forceful (when required), professional and intelligent. He got us a considerably better mortgage than others being offered by our previous broker, and got it all done and dusted very quickly and easily. It was not only us whom he impressed; our solicitor rated him as easily the best broker she had worked with. Thank you so much Tom and John Charcoal for all your hard work. We will definitely be using you again and cannot recommend both the company and Tom highly enough. George and Ella.”
