“Mand thanks to David he has supported me in many ways plus has patience i use to email him snd phone him several times he never got fed up of me I deeply appreciate his hard work and his co operation support he has given me in every step of my difficult time after loosing my husband during covid time. ihad to organise my self. She helped me select the right mortgage, worked with me to get it approved and stayed with the process right the way through staying in touch with the conveyancer and getting the mortgage offer extended when the conveyancing was taking a long time. “This has been by far the best experience with a mortgage broker our company has had. The entire process from the initial enquiry to being assigned a broker was very smooth and fast. Our broker, Jenna Patel, was also exceptional. She was very responsive, efficient and fast. At no point did we have to chase her or remind her. She was very proactive and found ourselves being chased which was a nice change. Additionally the pricing was on par or below with all other brokers we've used before. All of which were significantly smaller companies.”

“First time using John Charcol and now we won’t go anywhere else, very impressed. Josh met our needs instantly and was able to produce us with multiple policies which served us better as a family than the ones we had previously which were costing us more and giving us less if we ever needed them.
