“Ezra our Mortgage Advisor and his associates gave us excellent advice and found us as a Taylor made deal (where other mortgage companies had failed), along with an excellent percentage rate! Ezra kept to his word and always did/contact/send exactly what he promised which was extremely comforting and I think it’s a a good reflection on the whole company ethos. What impressed us further with the deal that Ezra found for us, was it was clearly the best option for us, even though it meant that we would pay less commission to set it up. Graham and Suzanne”

“We have been very impressed with the service we’ve received from John Charcol from our very first meeting to exchanging on our first house. Karolina in particular has been an absolute hero throughout the process. As first time buyers with particularly complicated earning history, we’d been led to believe elsewhere that we would never be able to get a mortgage. However, Karolina took great care and time to understand our unique situation and to speak at great length to lenders to find ones who would be prepared to take into account our complex mix of freelance and employed work. In the end she was able to find two great options for us, and worked tirelessly on our application until the offer came through. Even after that and John Charcol had already received their fee, she continued to keep an eye on the market and was able to swap us for an even better product that will save us a lot per month. Thank you, Karolina! Hollie, our client relationship manager, was also extremely helpful in guiding us through the months between offer and completion. Thanks to her help negotiating with and chasing the solicitors when we were at work, we were able to get to exchange in time when the seller suddenly gave us a deadline and threatened to pull out. Nick was also wonderful in finding us the best mortgage protection and income protection for our needs, and we’re very grateful for his time, expertise and kindness.”
