“We recently completed our mortgage with the support of mohammed raz, kira and the team at John Charcol, and we are genuinely grateful for the service we received. As first-time applicants, the process felt quite overwhelming at times, but the whole team were incredibly patient, supportive and reassuring throughout. Raz, Kira and the team took the time to explain everything clearly and guided us step-by-step, which really helped us feel confident and informed. Their communication was excellent, and no question ever felt too small — they were always happy to help and made sure we understood each stage of the process.
