“Shaun Boyle and Gemma Khan were simply excellent. My parents had a tricky situation regarding their remortgage and equity release which other brokers we went to before said was not possible. Shaun found a solution for them and got them what they needed. Gemma and Shuan were both really approachable for any queries and kept us up to date throughout the process. A few issues came up during the process but Shaun still helped us find a solution to get the mortgage offer over the line. They also helped us find a good conveyancer. Would highly recommend their services and John Charcol in general as they can find you a solution even in situations where it seems it not possible.”

“Exceptional mortgage broker – highly recommended! I cannot thank James enough for his professionalism, dedication and persistence throughout our mortgage application. Our circumstances were not straightforward, and we had been given very limited borrowing options by other brokers. James took the time to properly understand our situation, explore the available options and work hard to find a suitable lender. He kept us informed, explained everything clearly and was always willing to go the extra mile. Most importantly, he achieved what we needed and secured our mortgage approval when we were beginning to feel that it might not be possible. “⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I honestly can’t recommend James Reynolds highly enough. From the very beginning, he has been professional, knowledgeable, patient and incredibly supportive throughout what turned out to be quite a complex mortgage application. He kept me updated every step of the way, explained everything clearly and was always available to answer my questions and put my mind at ease. There were times when I wasn’t sure the mortgage would be approved, but James worked tirelessly to achieve the best possible outcome. Thanks to his hard work and determination, my mortgage has now been approved and I couldn’t be more grateful. This move means so much to me and my family, and James genuinely understood how important it was.
