“This is the second time that I have used Stephen Brown from John Charcol for assistance with my mortgage, and as ever he has been extremely helpful, reliable and reassuring. Particularly given the current circumstances with the Iran war affecting mortgage rates so suddenly, he has been a great source of calm, and managed to get us a good deal within a very short time frame, which was particularly important for us as our previous deal was due to expire imminently. I cannot recommend him highly enough and intend to use John Charcol again in the future.”

“Shaun Boyle and Emma Moores provided an outstanding service throughout our mortgage process from start to finish. Both were professional, responsive, and incredibly supportive throughout, always taking the time to explain things clearly and making what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and well-managed. “This is 5 years late! Mortgage advice and fixed 10 year deal. I gave John Charcol 5 stars because they are amazing and trustworthy and did what they said they would do and give me an amazing deal and I saved £500. The whole process from start to finish, the communication was spot on and they are not shy to ask you questions about your spending habits. They wanted to know income money and every single outgoing, to work out what was best suitable for me. Sener my advisor was amazing he got me an amazing deal for 10 years which has worked out great as mortgage rates are shooting up. I'm totally greatful and appreciate all the help I received. I hope you can help me out again in near future. I highly recommend this company.”
