“I must have been about the most complicated case, with the lowest possible fees for the agents. Nothing but hard work for little return - I know because I was an insurance broker myself many years ago. That did not stop Adam Etherington and Lily Rechert from doing whatever it took to get me set up; often taking several calls from me a day, chasing them up with the insurers, liaising with my very inefficient GP etc. In particular, Lily must have sweated blood keeping track of this complicated and frustrating file, which keeping calm and pleasant. Many thanks to John Charcol, Lily and Adam.”

“Mo has been so kind, patient and really friendly whilst assessing and researching my best options for my needs. I had done some quotes beforehand and Mo managed to find not only better cover but also cheaper monthly payments! Very happy and grateful, highly recommend. “Jenna Patel has been exceptional from start to finish. My case was not straightforward and became very time-sensitive, but Jenna remained supportive, proactive, and incredibly helpful throughout. She consistently chased updates, communicated clearly, and helped push things forward when it really mattered. What stood out most was that Jenna genuinely seemed to care. She did not simply disappear after the mortgage offer was issued; she continued to support the process, follow up with the relevant parties, and provide reassurance during a stressful time. “This is the second time that I have used Stephen Brown from John Charcol for assistance with my mortgage, and as ever he has been extremely helpful, reliable and reassuring. Particularly given the current circumstances with the Iran war affecting mortgage rates so suddenly, he has been a great source of calm, and managed to get us a good deal within a very short time frame, which was particularly important for us as our previous deal was due to expire imminently. I cannot recommend him highly enough and intend to use John Charcol again in the future.”

“This is 5 years late! Mortgage advice and fixed 10 year deal. I gave John Charcol 5 stars because they are amazing and trustworthy and did what they said they would do and give me an amazing deal and I saved £500. The whole process from start to finish, the communication was spot on and they are not shy to ask you questions about your spending habits. They wanted to know income money and every single outgoing, to work out what was best suitable for me. Sener my advisor was amazing he got me an amazing deal for 10 years which has worked out great as mortgage rates are shooting up. I'm totally greatful and appreciate all the help I received. I hope you can help me out again in near future. I highly recommend this company.”
