“My remortgage went very smoothly. Charlotte was knowledgeable and insightful, and knew her product range well. The whole process took less than a month and I could not fault it. Having been involved in several conveyancing delays and problems etc. over the years it was brilliant to experience such professionalism and speed.”

“I'm a first time buyer so this was a massive accomplishment for me. My Mortgage Broker was Beverley, she was amazing. She supported me through the whole process going above and beyond by explaining all of the steps that I would have to take throughout this process. I did my AIP in February and I'm about to complete on the 10th April which surpassed my expectations! I can't thank her enough, I will definitely refer friends and family. She really is the best!”

“We used Edward Coombs as our mortgage adviser and he was fantastic. My partner and I found our first home in 2025 and we did not know where to start regarding our mortgage. Edward provided support and guidance throughout the whole process and was in constant communication with us. We would regularly have conversations on the phone and through email. Both my partner and I felt at ease working with Edward. We highly recommend using him as your mortgage adviser, he is approachable, kind and professional. Thank you Edward!”

“Reiss at John Charcol was solid from start to finish. He explained everything clearly, was transparent about what I needed, and made the whole process feel straightforward. Communication was clean and consistent, I always knew what was happening and what the next step was. He kept things moving and took a lot of stress out of it. “Beverly was brilliant from start to finish. My case wasn’t the most straightforward, but she kept pushing with multiple lenders and never gave up on me. She made everything easy to understand, kept me updated throughout, and was always there when I needed help. Thanks to her persistence and support, I’ve now completed on my home. Highly recommend!”

“I approached John Charcol on recommendation to explore life cover insurance. The service I received from the staff I dealt with was really superb - especially Holly Grant who provided an excellent link between me as the client and the insurance company provider. The process was quite complex and lengthy due to extended delays with my GP practice providing access to my medical files but Holly chased this up at regular intervals as well as forwarding key additional documents the insurance company required. Communication with Holly and her colleagues was really proactive, clear and supportive throughout the process. I would highly recommend based on my experience John Charcol.”

“We found Shaahid to be extremely helpful, friendly and adaptable. We were quite unusual clients and were probably a little difficult to work with, but we certainly never felt a nuisance. Our non standard request was brilliantly dealt with, would definitely recommend!!”
